The difference 8 days can make

You should 100% sign up for the challenge! In addition to a bunch of really fantastic technical content, you can also get individual feedback on your homework videos and learn a ton from reading all the feedback to other people who submit their homework videos in the Facebook group!

Elasticity was one of the most important skills that I had been totally missing for my first several years of WCS (of course I had heard teachers talk about stretch all the time, but I never understood what that actually meant or how to do it), and once I learned it, it suddenly opened up my dancing and allowed me to have way more fun dances with everyone! I'm excited to get to further refine and upgrade my elasticity skills during this challenge!

FAQ

How much time will it take?
Each daily video is less than 15 minutes. Then practicing your daily challenge will take about another 15 minutes, which you can spread out throughout your day.

I'm busy the week of April 13-20. Can I do it later?
Sorry, no. This is a free pop-up Challenge we only offer once or twice a year, so take advantage of it as much as you can - it'll be worth it!

What level is this for?
Because elasticity is a fundamental skill, it applies to all levels. We will show you how to adjust the difficulty level of each drill.
This Challenge is not going to teach you how to dance West Coast Swing - it's aimed at dancers who are already familiar with their basic patterns.
Advanced dancers will enjoy nerding out with the detailed analysis, the bonus challenges and the optional Stretch Styling Lab upgrade.

Do I need a partner?
Not for the daily Challenge drills. (You'll be surprised how much progress we can help you make solo!) But you will definitely want to try them out on a partner at the end of the Challenge week! If you opt-in for the upgrade, there are coaching calls you can bring a partner to.

When are the classes?
There are no classes: Each day for 8 days, you will receive an email with the drills for that day for you to practice. In the Challenge Facebook group, we will be providing daily free interactive feedback and coaching to help you maximize your results and get to the finish line!

Do I have to be on Facebook?
You could easily use Instagram instead for all your Challenge posts! But all of the coaching and community is going to be in the Facebook group. You'll want to be on Facebook for this special week.
