I think I finally got my A-ha moment when I realize that my pitch should be forward when going backwards. (And it took me a second time looking through this module!)
Wow! I have been "pitching" wrongly, and no wonder I feel uncomfortable and awkward. This lesson best answered all my questions regarding "pitch"! LOVE these drills and videos!! Thank you! Thank you!!!
Drill 2 where you have your back up against the wall and then try to move forward really made sense for me. Because if you are straight against the wall, sticking your foot out feels really unstable. But by slightly hinging forward to move forward, its more stable and you're able to step forward. This was a really good drill.

Thank you so much for that correcting pitch video. I'd been trying to pitch while keeping my hips above my feet. It makes so much sense now.
