Clearly balance is my bugaboo! I am having so much trouble maintaining balance in releve! I have been doing ankle strengthening drills since starting the rhythmic agility module and I can't say I feel any improvement, which is really frustrating. Balance is still my worstundefinedleast favorite no matter what other part I work on.
