1. if i do steps on place i do not have much weight on my heel right? how much weight should it be?
2. when i walk backward i straighten my leg the same time as my heel touches the floor. why is it important to touch the floor first with the heel before straighten the leg?
I find holding glass of water and dancing make me feel more constant in my dancing!
